"You know, NATO is America, and you know, it's saving certain interests and they want to achieve certain objectives. We believe that it's very wrong and the rest of the world should speak out against what NATO is doing i.e. supplying weapons to Ukraine and making the situation worse than it is. It only helps create a war, not end the war. Those suffering are Ukrainians and its neighbors, and the rest of the world. In terms of business, the rest of the world is relying on wheat from Ukraine."

Storyline

The world should speak out against the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)'s role in prolonging the Russia-Ukraine conflict through its constant supply of weapons to Ukraine, said Hatred Zenenga, Editor-in-Chief of Zimbabwe's largest daily newspaper the Herald.

Zenenga said that dialogue is key to solving the conflict as the escalating tensions also affect the rest of the world via disruptions on wheat production in particular.

In terms of business, the rest of the world is relying on wheat from Ukraine," said Zenenga.

The conflict started in February and has been ongoing for nearly one year.
