"The U.S. has insisted on signing the 'National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025' into law, which includes negative content related to China. Year after year, it peddles the so-called 'China threat' narrative, hypes up military support to the Taiwan region, abuses national power to stifle China's technological and economic development, restricts China-U.S. economic, trade and cultural exchanges, which harms China's sovereignty, security and development interests, and interferes with bilateral efforts to stabilize China-U.S. relations. We decry and rebuff this, and has lodged solemn representations with the U.S."
