Russia claimed on Tuesday that its forces had struck Ukrainian military sites, while Ukraine, on the same day, reported downing Russian drones amid ongoing clashes along the frontlines.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that its forces struck key Ukrainian military targets, including military airfield infrastructure, ammunition depots, and electronic warfare base stations on Tuesday.
Additionally, Russian air defense units intercepted one Ukrainian aerial bomb and nearly 100 drones.
The ministry also claimed that Russian forces continued to target Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region.
Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that dozens of battles had occurred along the frontlines by Tuesday afternoon, with Ukrainian forces taking action to disrupt Russian advances, resulting in losses of both personnel and equipment.
Ukraine also claimed its air force to have downed dozens of Russian drones.
