Senior Chinese official He Lifeng met with John Thornton, chair emeritus of the U.S. Brookings Institution, in Beijing on Tuesday, and the two sides exchanged views on China-U.S. economic and trade relations, as well as the macroeconomic situation.

He, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and director of the Office of the Central Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs, said that China was accelerating the building of a unified national market, releasing consumption potential, and developing new quality productive forces based on local conditions.

He said China was also further deepening reform in an all-round way, expanding a high level of opening up, and responding to the uncertainty of the external environment with the certainty of high-quality development.

Noting that U.S.-China relations are very important, Thornton said he would continue to play a role in enhancing people-to-people exchanges and promoting the stability of the relations between the two countries.

Le haut responsable chinois He Lifeng a rencontré John Thornton, président émérite de la Brookings Institution des États-Unis, à Beijing mardi. Les deux parties ont échangé leurs points de vue sur les relations économique et commerciale entre la Chine et les États-Unis ainsi que sur la situation macroéconomique.

Également membre du Bureau politique du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois et directeur du bureau de la Commission centrale pour les affaires financières et économiques, M. He a déclaré que la Chine accélérait la construction d'un marché national unifié, libérait le potentiel de consommation et développait les forces productives de nouvelle qualité en fonction des conditions locales.

Il a ajouté que la Chine continuait également d’approfondir la réforme de manière globale, à élargir l'ouverture d'un niveau élevé et à répondre à l'incertitude de l'environnement extérieur avec la certitude d'un développement de haute qualité.

Soulignant l'importance des relations entre les États-Unis et la Chine, M. Thornton a, pour sa part, déclaré qu'il continuerait de jouer un rôle dans le renforcement des échanges entre les peuples et la promotion de la stabilité des relations entre les deux pays.

وقال خه، وهو عضو المكتب السياسي للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ومدير مكتب اللجنة المركزية للشؤون المالية والاقتصادية، إن الصين لا تزال تركز على شؤونها الخاصة في مواجهة التغيرات العالمية التي لم تشهدها منذ قرن من الزمان.

وقال إن الصين تعمل على تسريع بناء سوق وطنية موحدة، وإطلاق العنان لإمكانات الاستهلاك، وتطوير قوى إنتاجية جديدة عالية الجودة على أساس الظروف المحلية، مضيفا أن البلاد تعمل على تعميق الإصلاح بشكل شامل، وتوسيع الانفتاح عالي المستوى، والاستجابة لشكوك البيئة الخارجية مع اليقين من التنمية عالية الجودة.

وأشار ثورنتون إلى أن العلاقات بين الولايات المتحدة والصين مهمة للغاية، قائلا إنه على استعداد لمواصلة الإسهام في توطيد التبادلات الشعبية بين البلدين وتعزيز استقرار العلاقات الثنائية.

El alto funcionario chino He Lifeng se reunió el martes en Beijing con John Thornton, presidente emérito de la Institución Brookings estadounidense. Ambas partes intercambiaron puntos de vista sobre las relaciones económicas y comerciales entre China y Estados Unidos y la situación macroeconómica.
He, miembro del Buró Político del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China y director de la Oficina de la Comisión Central para Asuntos Financieros y Económicos, dijo que China está acelerando la construcción de un mercado nacional unificado, liberando el potencial de consumo y desarrollando nuevas fuerzas productivas de calidad basadas en las condiciones locales.

He indicó que China también está profundizando aún más la reforma de manera integral, expandiendo un alto nivel de apertura y respondiendo a la incertidumbre del entorno externo con la certeza del desarrollo de alta calidad.

　何立峰中国共産党中央政治局委員・中央財経委員会弁公室主任は、8日に北京で、米国のブルッキングス研究所名誉会長、ジョン・ソーントン氏と会見した。

　双方は中米経済貿易関係、マクロ経済情勢について見解を交換した。

　何主任は「世界の百年に一度の変局に直面して中国は、自らのことをしっかりと処理し、全国統一大市場の建設、消費潜在力の解き放ちを加速させている。現地の事情に応じて新質生産力を発展させ、改革をさらに全面的に深化させ、ハイレベルの対外開放を拡大し、質の高い発展で外部の不確実性に対応することを堅持している」と示した。

　ソーントン名誉会長は「米中関係は非常に重要だ。両国の民間交流を増進し、二国間関係の安定を促進するために引き続き役割を発揮したい」と強調した。
